I love birth. Most people know this about me already. Combine that with photography and I am one happy lady. There is nothing better to me then getting to witness the miracle of life and the details that help make it a reality.
One of those details is the placenta; it is a vital piece of the puzzle of miracles that help a baby survive. It literally is a life giver.
In a recent birth I was blessed to be able to capture one of the most beautiful placentas I have ever seen! I know that may sound crazy to some, but remember? I love birth.
